Portable Cooking POD "Skid Kitchen"

Units include an exhaust hood and fan. Fans can be installed on the top or back of the unit with a variable control for different CFMs.

Units are setup for the equipment we install in them and are inspected at our branch. Suppression System comes ready to use with pull station

Units have SS backsplash and sides. Floor is of metal skid tread. Easy to clean! Our most popular size unit is 4'Dx8'Wx7'T. Units weigh empty 2,250lbs. Come with casters and fork pockets

Customers can use LP, NG or all electric equipment. Skid comes with main gas shut off valve, and requires 110v 20A for system and fan. If using electric an external electrical box is included.
